1. Einsatz der Analyse-Software Google Analytics
Wir setzen in diesem Anbietermenü die Analyse-Software Google Analytics, einen Webanalysedienst der Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") ein. Ihre IP-Adresse (die Nummer, die Ihr Internet-Zugangs-Anbieter Ihrem Rechner zugeteilt hat) wird daher auf unsere Veranlassung hin von Google innerhalb von Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union oder in anderen Vertragsstaaten des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum zuvor gekürzt. Die von Google Analytics erzeugten Nutzungsprofile sind damit anonymisiert, d.h. ein Rückschluss auf eine bestimmte Person ist faktisch ausgeschlossen. Nur in Ausnahmefällen wird die volle IP-Adresse an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen und dort gekürzt. Google beachtet weiter die Datenschutzbestimmungen des US-Safe-Harbor-Abkommens und ist beim Safe Harbor-Programm des US-Handelsministeriums registriert.
Die Nutzungsprofile enthalten zum Beispiel Informationen über Verweildauer, ungefährer geographischer Herkunft, Herkunft des Besuchertraffics, Ausstiegsseiten und Verwendungsabläufen. Google wird diese Informationen verwenden, um Ihre Nutzung des Anbietermenüs auszuwerten, um Reports über die Webseitenaktivitäten für uns zusammenzustellen und um weitere mit der Nutzung von Webseite und Internet verbundene Dienstleistungen an uns zu erbringen.
Die im Rahmen von Google Analytics von Ihrem Browser übermittelte IP-Adresse wird nicht mit anderen Daten von Google zusammengeführt. 1. Use of the software Google Analytics

The user profiles generated by Google Analytics are thus anonymised to prevent IP addresses from being traced to a specific user. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. Google further obeys the privacy regulations for data of the "US Safe Harbor" statement and is registered with the "Safe Harbor" programme of the Department of Commerce of the United States.
The user profiles for example contain information on the amount of time you spend on the merchant menu, geographical origin, source of visitor traffic, exit pages, and processes of use. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our merchant menu, to compile reports for us about the merchant menu activities, and to provide other services associated with merchant menu use and internet use.
The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be associated with any other data held by Google. This data will only be passed on to third parties on the basis of statutory regulations or within order data processing. In no case, Google will link your data with other data stored by Google.
Through the use of the website, you consent to the processing of the data raised about you through Google, in the manner as described before, and to the purpose as given before.
