How to balance future and present moment? Especially if my mind is always in the future and never in the present? Either worried or dreaming and sometimes both?
The Buddha taught us to be focused. Jesus taught us to be loving. My mom taught me how to be loved and my dad taught me how to focus. Thank you.
My school taught me to learn without learning. My music taught me to be sound. My girlfriend teaches me to be a voice.
And the moment teaches me to be a moment. And the world teaches us to be fully human - in oh so many ways. Hallelujah.
Also, the world, teaches us that things are THAT way and not THAT way - but does not explain why. The world teaches us also that we should hate and not love and the world teaches us that separation is better than unity, integrity, love and the well-being of all beings on earth. But not saying why.
And the moment teaches us to be in the moment.
And our mind teaches us to run away from the moment. To run away from being, love and healing.
The world teaches us to distrust peace, while our heart loves peace and harmony. It needs it. It leans ins and it embraces it. It hates to fight.
While the world teaches us to hate, we teach the world to love.
Far too sighted
